Role Overview

We're seeking

Senior Full-Stack Developers

who can play a key role in designing and developing scalable web applications, leading a small team of developers, and driving best engineering practices within a high-impact digital initiative.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced developer who's ready to take ownership of both backend and frontend systems while contributing to the growth of a new digital platform.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications end-to-end. Build and enhance microservices using

Java or Kotlin

with

Spring Boot

. Develop RESTful APIs and ensure seamless system integrations. Manage containerized deployments using

Docker

and

Kubernetes

. Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability. Collaborate with Product, UI/UX, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Review code, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers. Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation. Troubleshoot complex issues and provide timely fixes in production.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 7 years of experience

in full-stack web development. Strong proficiency in

Java or Kotlin

,

Spring Boot

, and

microservices architecture

. Hands-on experience with

Docker

,

Kubernetes

, and

CI/CD pipelines

. Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as

React.js

,

Angular

, or

Vue.js

. Good understanding of

databases

(MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Experience working in

Agile/Scrum

environments is a plus. Exposure to

cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM12,000.00 per month
