We are building one of the

most advanced AI-enabled real estate platforms in the Middle East

, combined with a global luxury fragrance brand and a digital media arm.

We are looking for

2 full-stack developers

who want to build products that will scale internationally, not just "do tasks".

You'll work directly with the

founder and creative director

, in a small, high-performing team based in Kuala Lumpur.

What You'll Build

A

UAE off-plan real estate platform

with: real-time project listings developer dashboards CRM integrations EOI / payment plan engine WhatsApp-based guided buyer journeys A

rentals platform

version 2.0 (later in roadmap) Potion Paris website features, funnels, tools, and automations Internal dashboards for marketing, data, and automation AI integrations (OpenAI, Google AI, RAG systems) for search and agent-assistant features

Your Role

End-to-end ownership of features Build clean, scalable code Create & consume APIs Set up efficient backend structures Work in-office with the team for deep collaboration Solve problems quickly and intelligently Move fast, communicate clearly, and take pride in your build

Required Skills

Frontend:

React or Next.js Tailwind Component structure & reusable UI logic

Backend:

Node.js or Python MySQL or PostgreSQL REST APIs Authentication & user management Payment flow logic (not mandatory but a bonus)

Bonus Skills:

Typescript AWS or Vercel Exposure to AI APIs Experience with property portals, booking engines, or e-commerce systems
