Job Description

We are seeking a Full-Stack Java Developer with extensive experience in building scalable enterprise applications. You will play a key role in system architecture, design, and full-cycle development of backend services and modern web interfaces. The ideal candidate is hands-on, quality-focused, and passionate about clean code and performance.

• Lead the design and development of high-performance backend systems using Java (Java 11 or above) and Spring Boot
• Drive architecture discussions and influence technical decisions across the stack
• Develop and maintain front-end components using React.js, Angular, or other modern JS frameworks
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers; conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
• Collaborate with DevOps to ensure reliable CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Ensure quality through automated testing, code quality checks, and performance tuning
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices in a distributed environment
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues
