Hiring | Full-Stack Operations Assistant (TravelSCQM Project)

TravelSCQM

is a B2B/B2C travel quotation and management operating system. We are looking for a "Full-Stack" Assistant who is genuinely driven to

"grow the project together."

You will assist the founder in managing the system, clients, quotations, and project execution.

Note: This is NOT a traditional administrative role.
Note: This is a "core-team" position requiring both high-level thinking and strong execution.

Key Responsibilities

System & Product

Assist in the daily management of the TravelSCQM system. Help clients understand and navigate system features. Organize quotation packages, modules, and listing data.

Client Relations & Communication

Follow up with travel agencies and suppliers (via WhatsApp / Email). Assist in scheduling Demos and explaining systems/packages. Compile and organize client requirements and feedback.

Documentation & Content

Prepare PDFs, quotation documents, and package descriptions. Perform simple content edits (copywriting / spreadsheets / data). Handle data classification, archiving, and updates.

Project Support

Assist the founder in executing TravelSCQM-related tasks. Track task progress to ensure things are "truly completed." Provide support for ad-hoc projects (with clear instructions).

Travel Quotations

Source quotes from suppliers while encouraging them to adopt the TravelSCQM system. Convert quotes into B2B/B2C quotation sheets and travel brochures. Follow up on tour projects to identify areas for system optimization.
