What is your mission?

• Study and understand user requirements and business process, working closely with the Senior IT Solution Specialist, in order to successfully develop the required system.

• Code, test, and implement solutions on a Microsoft platform.

• Accomplish projects and given tasks within the timeframe with limited supervision.

• Ensure all tasks meet the necessary standards and procedures, ensuring all are completed in time.

• Enhance existing business applications based on requirements in order to support core business applications.

• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master\'s Degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.

• Preferable with 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Proficient in the following skills: PHP, MySQL, Jquery, JSON, CSS, HTML, XHTML, Javascript, AJAX, XML and PHP Framework

• Understanding of open source projects like Wordpress, Joomia, Drupal.

• Exprienced in common third-party API (Google/Facebook).

• Ability to work under pressure and tight timeline, result orientated, strong problem solving and good analytical skill.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.
