Contribute ideas for process improvements and technical enhancements.Required Skills and Experience:xc2xb74+ years of professional experience in full stack development.xc2xb7Frontend: Strong experience withReact JS, including state management (Redux, Context API, etc.), hooks, and component-based architecture.xc2xb7Backend: Proficiency inJava (Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, microservices architecture).xc2xb7Version Control: Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows (GitHub, GitLab, etc.).xc2xb7Agile Methodology: Familiarity with agile development processes and CI/CD pipelines.xc2xb7Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills with the ability to tackle complex problems efficiently.
