About the Role
We're looking for a
Fullstack Software Engineer II
to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. This role will focus primarily onfront-end development (80%) with Angular 16+
and someback-end development (20%) with Spring Boot, Java, and microservices
. You'll be building and enhancing a portal for insurance agents that integrates new technologies likeAzure Kubernetes (AKS)
,Power BI dashboards
, andGenAI features
.What You'll Do
Develop and maintain web applications using
Angular 16+, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+)
. Work on back-end integration usingSpring Boot, Java, and microservices
. Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and business stakeholders. Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and responsiveness. Participate in code reviews, testing (unit, SIT, UAT), and troubleshooting. Support ongoingDistribution Excellence projects
in Malaysia.What We're Looking For
? Minimum
3 years
of solid experience withAngular 16+
.? Minimum
2 years
of experience withHTML, CSS, and JavaScript/ES6+
.? At least
1 year
of hands-on experience withSpring Boot & Java microservices
.Nice to Have:
Experience with
NgRx
state management. Familiarity withCI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and AKS (Azure Kubernetes)
. Knowledge of performance optimization techniques. Exposure toPower BI integration
