The opportunity

This position is accountable to support the solution designing, development and testing for various projects that running on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) platform under the scope of MIB IT to ensure the success of projects delivery within the committed timelines and budget.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, modifies, adapts and implements short- and long-term solutions to information technology needs through new and existing applications, systems architecture, network systems and applications infrastructure
• Work closely with Local / Regional team to deliver all the change requests/projects as per scheduled
• Conduct unit testing on applications to ensure its readiness for SIT / UAT
• Assist on functional and non-functional testing of application

What we are looking for

• At least 5 years of working experience in using JAVA/Sprint Boot for development
• At least 5 years of working experience in developing microservices
• Fundamental skills on DEVOPS and AKS technology
• Extensive knowledge in life insurance industry
• Focus on efficiency, user experience, and process improvement
• Excellent project and time management skills
• Strong problem solving and verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or with a group.
• Knowledge in other common tools such as Jenkins, JIRA, Confluence, GitHub and MySQL/MongoDB
