1. Key Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective Chemistry lessons for Year 10 and Year 11 students based on the IGCSE/SPM syllabus.
Assess and monitor student progress using a variety of methods (assignments, tests, practicals, etc.) and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and grades.
Create a positive, challenging, and supportive classroom environment that encourages student inquiry and participation.
Collaborate with other faculty members and the management team on curriculum development and school events.
Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and academic needs.
Supervise and participate in extra-curricular activities or school programs as required.
2. Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Education, or a related field.
