Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate & manage daily postage transactions.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to provide advice and recommendations as needed.
- Handle customer enquiries in a professional manner.
- Good attitude and discipline, independent, hardworking, trustworthy.
- Able to work under minimum supervision and with good time management.
Requirements:
- Education Requirement: At least with SPM level qualification.
- Preferably with retail experience.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills; Good command of Bahasa Melayu and English; Mandarin is a plus.
- Detail-oriented.
- Proven retail sales experience.
- Willing to work at Bandar Kinrara Puchong @ Giant Hypermarket.
