Team Leader Retail Associates

. The successful candidates will assist customers, maintain store standards, and support daily retail operations.

Job Responsibilities

Manage and oversee daily shop operations. Plan and organize staff shift schedules. Supervise and motivate retail team members. Ensure sales targets and shop KPIs are achieved. Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards. Handle customer inquiries and ensure excellent service quality. Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management. Prepare daily/weekly reports and updates to management.

Working Hours

Shift 1:

9:30 AM - 7:30 PM

Shift 2:

12:00 PM - 10:00 PM
(Includes a 1-hour break)

Requirements

Previous experience in retail or team leader role preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills. Responsible, disciplined, and customer-oriented. Able to work on weekends and public holidays. Positive attitude and teamwork spirit.
