RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive the mid-term planning process including cost, revenue and CAPEX planning for the Functions and Regions at group/region level
• Support the Functions and Regions in cost management and control within the target given by the Board
• Understand the development of the Functions and Regions to provide analyses on KPI and deviations
• Provide forecast on the group/regional financial performance of the Functions and Regions
• Ensure the quality of information to prepare the presentations for the Board/management
• Collaborate with cross-functional team to execute process improvement and propose solution for optimization and harmonization
• Ensure the new functional structure setup or re-design in the group/region are carry out as plan
• Project support for the Functions and Regions from a financial perspective.

REQUIREMENTS

University degree in Business Administration/Finance/Accountancy or equivalent

Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis with group or regional role

Solid conceptual and analytical skills

Excellent communication skills, team player, able to work with high level of autonomy and strong sense of responsibility

Well versed in Microsoft software, Excel, Power Point and etc.. Experience in SAP is an advantage.
