Job Summary

The Functional Architect is a dedicated individual responsible for identifying and

detailing product requirements, business capability, and business rules. He/she will

be an expert user in relevant application and to have good understanding of relevant

business processes. Functional Architect also acts as Logical Solution owner who

works alongside the solution architect to design end to end functional & technical

solution for product/project. This role reports to Head of Technical Design &

Solutioning in Chief Technology Office.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

The key responsibilities of the role include but are not exclusive to:

Produce, own and continue improve business capability blueprint
oWork with the product owner and solution architect to assess current capabilities

and identify detail customer requirements

oPropose changes to validation tables, code tables, and rule tables

oSet up and maintain the requirements and traceability deliverables

oProduce accurate and complete business process documentation and workflows to

use in system configuration, data conversion, training materials, and application

support etc.

oParticipate in quality management reviews as outlined in the requirement traceability

matrix, reviews of the designs, prototypes and other requirements work products to

ensure they fulfil the requirements

oShare best practices and be consultative to product/project team throughout

duration of the project

oParticipate and lead, when needed, project meetings with the customer

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
