Functional Consultant - Microsoft Dynamics BC / NAV

We are looking for an experienced

Functional Consultant - Microsoft Dynamics Business Central / NAV

to lead ERP implementations and deliver high-value solutions to customers. The role involves requirement analysis, system configuration, customer engagement, and end-to-end project delivery, including post go-live support.

Roles & Responsibilities

Plan and execute ERP implementations within defined scope, timeline, and budget. Conduct

Business Requirement Analysis (BRA)

and prepare functional documentation. Perform

Gap-Fit Analysis

and present findings and solutions to customers. Configure Microsoft Dynamics BC / NAV based on customer requirements. Perform internal testing using real customer business scenarios. Prepare and present system prototypes and obtain customer sign-off. Coordinate with technical teams for system customizations and integrations. Conduct functional testing of customized solutions. Deliver user training (project-based and scheduled training sessions). Manage change requests and change control processes. Design and execute

data migration strategies

. Conduct

User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

and obtain final sign-off. Support

Go-Live and post-implementation activities

. Assist in

pre-sales activities

, including demos and solution walkthroughs. Mentor and guide junior consultants and new recruits. Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation methodologies, standards, and best practices.

Requirements

Minimum

5 years of hands-on experience

implementing

Microsoft Dynamics BC / NAV

. Strong understanding of ERP functional processes. Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in

Information Technology

Finance

,

Accounting

, or related field. Experience in customer-facing roles and project delivery. Strong documentation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Preferred Qualifications

Background in

Finance & Accounting

is an advantage. Experience in pre-sales and customer demonstrations. Exposure to data migration and system integration projects.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

Experience:
