Sound interesting?Then come and join our global team as Functional Expert, P58 OTC Template Support to lead one dedicated area of responsibility on a regional level as functional expert and drive the approach of ONE global ERP system with regard to OTC (governance function).Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You ensure the approach of one global ERP system in relation to Order-to-Cash (OTC) (governance function)
• You assess user requirements related to the respective area of responsibility (OTC In-Vivo, OTC In-Vitro, Revenue Recognition OTC In-Vivo & In-Vitro, MES)
• The prioritization and sequencing of the requirements funnels with respect to their implementation within the P58 Global Template is also part of your tasks
• You prepare and present user requests for the P58 Change Control Board (if applicable)
• You establish a continuous user community knowledge transfer, and you actively support the worldwide P58 user community
• The support in optimizing OTC business processes as well as the development of viable suggestions for system performance optimization (e.g. through automation) is also one of your tasks
• You increase productivity through increased P58 user-friendliness, and you execute governance with regard to the content of OTC user profiles
• You support the P58 Training Academy by acting as a co-trainer and you validate and approve user trainings and testing documents
• You contribute regularly to the P58 user Wiki, and you document P58 Template with content relevant for OTC
• You provide input to P58 Template Documentation with content relevant for the area of responsibility
• You actively support the global roll-out of the P58 template for Siemens Healthineers (if necessary, on site of the respective deployment)

• You have a successfully completed business degree
• You have long years of professional experience in the field of OTC
• You have excellent SAP knowledge and experience in contract management, preferably in the field of P58 OTC
• You can show several years extensive process know-how and experience in the areas of logistics, controlling, service and sales
• You have knowledge of data structures such as e.g. Material master and the capability to manage above average workload and work extremely precisely and reliably under high time and content pressure

Your attributes and skills:

• You are proficient in handling MS-Office
• You have reliable English skills in words and writing, preferably you have additional foreign language skills
• You are willing to travel worldwide in order to train end users, to participate in end user testing or to support during hyper care phase (possibly for several weeks)
• Personally, you convince not only by your ability to analyze and make decisions, your results- and quality-oriented work, but also by your assertiveness and communication skills
• An above-average amount of independent work and constructive cooperation in a team with other colleagues is necessary
• You successfully practice the analysis of complex relationships, including translation into meaningful representations
