• Responsible for tracking project setup and data replication
• Understand CRM System platforms functionality and all its integrated applications
• Experience in application support with emphasis on Oracle Siebel environments
• Understand Disaster Recovery (DR) process and workflow, conduct workshops jointly to define test cases
• Coordinate DR activities, prepare DR report
• Administrate and document all relevant information and update accordingly based on recommendations from subject matter advisor (SMA)
• Demonstrate a high-level of interpersonal communications skills
• Able to work as a team
• Flexibility and strong desire to learn
• Infrastructure Engineering knowledge is required
• Consultant minded is preferred
• Client engagement experience is preferred
