Job Description

Job Purpose:

To expand our outreach and fundraising efforts, ensuring the sustainability and growth of our elder care initiatives by building meaningful connections with donors, sponsors, and the community.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement fundraising strategies to support the Elder Home's mission and programs. Identify and engage with potential donors, sponsors, and partners. Organize fundraising campaigns, donor events, and community outreach programs. Maintain donor database and ensure timely follow-ups, reporting, and acknowledgements. Work closely with the management team to align fundraising activities with organizational goals. Create compelling fundraising materials, proposals, and social media content. Monitor fundraising performance and prepare regular reports. Represent the Elder Home in community events and networking opportunities.

Requirements:

Previous experience in fundraising or a similar role is preferred. Willingness to learn and grow in the role. Positive energy and strong interpersonal skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Willingness to work in the field and attend events. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment. Passion for elderly care and community service is a plus.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
