About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and mission-driven

Fundraising & Partnership Executive

to strengthen MRC's resource mobilisation and sustainability efforts.
You will design creative fundraising initiatives, build lasting corporate partnerships, and help ensure the organisation's long-term financial stability.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective fundraising and partnership strategies. Cultivate relationships with corporates, foundations, and donors. Prepare high-impact proposals, grant submissions, and donor reports. Support project design and sustainability initiatives across departments. Represent MRC in external meetings, events, and donor engagements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Development Studies, or related field. At least

2 years' experience

in fundraising, CSR, marketing, or partnerships. Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills. Passionate about humanitarian or social-impact work. Experience in NGO or non-profit sectors is an added advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,750.00 per month
