We are seeking a motivated
Furniture Project Sales Consultant (B2B)
to join our team. If you enjoy building relationships, managing projects, and helping clients find the right furniture solutions--this role is for you.
Attend to incoming enquiries via website, WhatsApp, email, and phone.
Understand customer needs and project requirements (office setup, restaurant, retail, hotel, schools, etc.).
Provide professional product recommendations according to budget, lead time, and space requirements.
2. Prepare Quotations & Proposals
Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and product specifications based on customer requirements.
Use internal price lists, catalogues, and product information to recommend suitable solutions.
Update quotations promptly when customers request changes.
3. Follow Up With Customers
Proactively follow up on quotations and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Build long-term relationships with B2B clients including designers, contractors, and corporate buyers.
Track all leads and follow-ups using CRM or internal systems.
4. Close Sales & Ensure Smooth Handover
Negotiate pricing and terms within company guidelines to close sales effectively.
Coordinate with the operations, procurement, and delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure customer satisfaction from order confirmation to delivery.
5. Project Coordination (Light)
Liaise with suppliers, factories, and internal teams regarding stock availability, lead time, and product compatibility.
Support customers by providing layout suggestions, material options, and alternative products when needed.
6. Maintain Product Knowledge
Stay updated on company product lines across office, commercial, wooden furniture, metal furniture, and custom-made items.
Understand market trends, competitor offerings, and industry updates.
Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in furniture sales, interior design sales, B2B sales, or related industry (fresh graduates with strong interest are welcome).
Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
Good understanding of furniture materials, sizes, and functions (training provided).
Must be proactive, responsible, and customer-oriented.
Able to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Basic computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Office, WhatsApp, Photoshop, Sketchup etc.).
