What you'll be doing:
Driving business growth by closing sales of retail clients, introducing brokers, white labels and money managers over the phone (40 per day) from leads delivered via pre-qualified marketing channels for the Great China Region.
Establishing and maintaining customer relationships to improve cross-selling and up-selling opportunities from existing community members.
Increasing the investor’s investment with the company and generating repeat business
Keeping up to date with industry-related news.
Identifying new business opportunities through activity-based contact.
Reviewing and analyzing client business trends including supply chain data to identify areas of opportunity for optimization for each key account.
Following the guidance of the head of business development, strategize well thought out responses and marketing tactics with the goal of standing apart from the competition.
What you need:
A minimum of 1 year of progressive sales experience within the Financial industry or a go-getter attitude.
You are street smart and college-educated and outgoing
You have excellent English and Mandarin communication skills for both written and verbal.
Strong relationship management skills
You are energetic, enthusiastic, and you love connecting and sharing ideas with others
Experience with Microsoft products, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
A track record of raising assets and selling products to retail investors is a plus
Experience working in Brokerage Service is a plus
