Requirements

A Game Marshal plays a crucial role in delivering a one-of-a-kind experience for Bomb Battle's guests and team members. They must adapt seamlessly, embodying the roles of instructor, tour guide, and host for the Bomb Battle experience.

Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin Candidates must possess at least Diploma Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

Responsibility

Front of House Focus:

Attend to customers by distributing flyers and explaining the games in an engaging manner. Ensure all game rooms are well-prepared, thoroughly tested, and ready for gameplay. Facilitate timely preparation of customers for their game experience. Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming customer areas. Provide an immersive and engaging hospitality experience to all guests.

Back of House Focus:

Set up game rooms at the start of the day and before each team's entry into the Bomb Room. Provide post-game refreshments, photo opportunities, and general advice or feedback. Ensure customer and co-worker safety, maintaining a secure and cared-for environment. Operate strictly according to the standard operating procedures (SOP) of the game rooms. Manage props and maintain the condition of game room decorations to ensure a seamless experience.

Event Hosting & Support:

Host events such as team-building sessions for companies, ensuring all activities are well-organized, engaging, and aligned with client goals. Plan and coordinate all events to deliver a smooth experience and achieve the desired outcomes. Resolve any issues or challenges during events efficiently and professionally. Create an interactive and memorable experience tailored to the needs of event participants.

Other Duties:

Support various aspects of outlet operations, including display, merchandising, and cleanliness. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager to ensure operational excellence. Take initiative to maintain a high standard of service and contribute to the overall success of Bomb Battle's activities.
