*Carrying out and coordinating Company manpower recruitment and selection process for both local and foreign workforce
*Managing and coordinating the Company employees compensation & benefits policies and procedures
*Coordinating periodic employees performance evaluation and salary review activities
*Assisting in administration of all HR related policies and procedures
*Providing advice to the area managers/leaders on the best practice in all aspects of employment, including company policies and legislation
*Assisting in grievances, disciplinary handling and providing proper counseling to related employees
*Maintaining regular contact with all levels of employees in understanding their concerns and feedback to management for improvement actions execution
*Preparing periodic management report and recommending for continuous improvement suggestions
*Organizing and participating the Company periodic welfare and community involvement activities
*Performing other related duties as per assignment by management from time to time
