Job Description
This position to lead the new GBS Source-to-Pay (S2P) activity that covers Procurement Back-Office, Supplier Support, Invoice Processing and Treasury Payments.
The position will be located in ST Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) with teams based it Malaysia, Italy and India.
The overall team is expected to comprise approximately 95 members.
The objective of this role is to assemble the S2P organization and mange the full end-to-end process as part of the Company\'s Global Business Services transformation.
A key target of S2P is to contribute to achieving the Company targets on Supplier Payments on Time - 95% PoT by Q4\'24.
Profile
Solid Procurement background.
Good understanding of ST Procurement systems and processes
Basic understanding of the full S2P process from Vendor Introduction to Supplier Payment
Abilities to lead transformation, effective people management and communications.
