Recording of driver's daily deliveries made (data entry)
Sorting & Filling of documentations in a neat and easily identifiable order
Check missing documents with sales team / customers / suppliers and rectify issues
Check overdue payment & chase payment
Send SOA monthly to customers
Request & Print Supplier's SOA or invoices from Suppliers
Create vendor payment
Scanning / Filling up forms
Any other adhoc tasks as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum SPM
Any experience in office / accounts administrative tasks would be a bonus
Meticulous, tidy, and focused during working hours
Require minimal supervision
