• Candidate must possess at least a Primary / Secondary School / SPM / 'O' level, Higher Secondary/ STPM / 'A Leavel / Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, any field
• Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
• Computer skills - using appropriate computer skills and knowledge, ranging from data entry to systems analysis, to achieve work goals.
• Team Skills - being able to work collaboratively with others in a participate management environment; working independently as well as working on a team.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
• You will be required to do full set accounts with million accounting software
• Possess at least 3 years working experience in admin position in construction field

• Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal / external clients
• Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
• Handle requests and queries appropriately
• Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data
• Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers
• Produce reports, presentations and briefs
• Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
• Organizes workload, sets priorities and works within deadlines
• Response for monthly EPF, PCB Tax, payroll, billing
• Monthly budgeting financial control
