Process customer orders in the system
Prepare Delivery Orders & Invoices
Schedule deliveries with drivers
Coordinate with warehouse on stock availability
Maintain delivery records, Dos, invoices, CN/DN
Prepare daily/ weekly delivery report
Verify transporter invoices and delivery charges
Job Requirement:
At least 1 year of Admin experience.
Able to use Microsoft Office software
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 5:30pm
Saturday: 8:30am to 12:30pm
