Requirements

  • Presentable appearance and professional demeanor.
  • Minimum 1 year of administrative or sales support experience (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written).
  • Strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and attention to detail.
  • Interest or basic understanding of sales and digital marketing will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
Administrative Duties
  • Perform general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document preparation (quotations, invoices, agreements).
  • Manage office inventory, supplies, and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of client information, event details, and project timelines.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
Sales & Marketing Support
  • Assist in preparing client proposals and sales presentations.
  • Help manage social media content, postings, and basic marketing materials.
  • Support the team in reaching out to potential clients, including cold calling or emailing when needed.
  • Assist in preparing post-event reports, client feedback summaries, and promotional materials.
  • Assist with basic layout and poster design for marketing materials, events, and social media promotions .
  • Coordinate vendor and client follow-ups for event-related bookings and lead conversions.
