Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings and organizing files;
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing the to the appropriate personnel;
Help manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels, placing orders as needed;
Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
