Job Description

:

• Perform a variety of work in the maintenance and repair of general building and grounds at various facilities/sites including, electrical, plumbing, and inform related contractor in-charge with maintence work such as airconditioning, leaking & etc.
• To incharge of open and closing of the intitution\'s main door.
• To do daily technical inspection rounds and checks on the proper functioning of installations.
• Conduct corrective service and repair / restoration works where and when necessary.
• Schedule and oversee regular inspections and contract servicing to ensure the working conditions of all equipment.
• Manage an inventory record of parts and supplies, tools and equipment.
• Operates and perform periodical checks on the maintenance equipment, water pressure, arrangement of chairs and tables in classroom.
• To be a fire warden for the institution. Deal with fire department requirements and manage the fire drill excercises.
• Handle all complains related to maintenance.
• Highlight on any other matters that needs future upgrading work

\xc2\xb7 Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM/SKM/relevant certificate.
• At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Responsible, reliable, independent and has sense of urgency.
• Honest, Reliable, Efficient and Professional at all times.
• Able to carry out multitask and work independently with minimum supervision.
• Applicants must be willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• With skills in plumbing, air-cond servicing, trouble shooting, wiring & electrical, basic carpentry is an advantage.
