Job Description


Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM with basic Accounting knowledge.
  • Solid knowledge of MS office tools: Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimum supervision as well as actively participate as a team player.
  • Chinese speaking and writing are highly preferred.
  • Willing to work in Alor Setar, Kedah
Responsibilities :
  • Responsible to type letters and other business documents.
  • Taking dictation and minutes during meetings.
  • To assist in handling accounting data entry and daily operations of accounting functions.
  • To process and issue cheque, payment voucher general claims and payment schedule in a daily or monthly basis.
  • Responsible to complete any other tasks as assigned by superior/ management.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months Salary: RM1,200.00 - RM1,500.00 per month Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
Education:
  • STM/STPM (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Clerical: 1 year (Preferred)
