We are seeking a
General Clerk cum Admin
to manage financial and administrative tasks for the company. The main responsibilities include maintaining financial records, invoices, financial reports, as well as office administration tasks.
Responsibilities:
Financial Tasks:
Maintain financial records, invoices, and receipts.
Help prepare financial reports
Administrative Duties:
Organize and file documents.
Manage office supplies and schedules.
Handle official emails and letters.
Record Keeping:
Keep physical and digital files organized.
Communication:
Communicate with staff, clients, and suppliers.
Support:
Assist other departments with administrative tasks when needed.
Qualifications:
Certificate/SPM in Accounting/Administration or equivalent.
Experience in accounting or administration (preferred).
Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
