Job Description


To do general clerical work, typing, photocopy and filling duties. \xef\x83\x98 Attend to telephone calls/guests and take down message/enquiries forward to the relevant person correctly. \xef\x83\x98 Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around office buildings \xef\x83\x98 Communicate with internal and external customers in professional and friendly way. \xef\x83\x98 Assist the team or other department in compiling/sorting, copying, and filing records of office activities when needed. \xef\x83\x98 Driving chairman, child\xe2\x80\x99s chairman and other staff when needed to their desired destinations using company vehicle and follow all traffic laws \xef\x83\x98 Assist in document controller in ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 documentations.
