Job Description

Must be able to

SPEAK, READ AND WRITE MANDARIN

to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. Strong communication skills ,both write and verbal (Mandarin, English, Malay) Maintain records and filing, both electronic and paper Ensure all documents are accurately filed and easily retrievable Process incoming and outgoing mail Answer telephone calls and take accurate messages Minimum SPM level, fresh graduates with computer skill (MS Excel/Words) is encouraged to apply. To undertake other jobs as instructed by management and superior. Willingness to work 5.5 days per week
