1. Prepare GRN and key in movement of equipments. 2. Prepare and monitoring equipment in/out summary . 3. Check staff\'s attendance, overtime and leave record for all department. 4. Check incoming and outgoing documents for logistic & maintenance 5. Key in Biling (summary report). 6. Prepare monthly report for breakdown. 7. Prepare inspection report & requisition for repair of equipments. 8. Update equipment history card record. 9. Assist HR Admin Department to prepare timesheet for all staff monthly, weekly and daily basis 10. Assist all administative function as per site requirement 11. To perform any other related duties assigned to you by your superior/management from time to time. REQUIREMENTS:
Possess SPM/Diploma/Degree in related field
1-2 years working experience in the related field.
Fresh graduate is also encouraged to apply;
