  • Possess at least a Certificate / Diploma Holder in any course.
  • Computer literate (Familiar at least with basic Microsoft knowledge such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point).
  • Fresh graduate are encourage to apply for this position.
  • No experience required.
  • Willing to learn.
  • Excellent self-discipline.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
Tanggungjawab
  • Basic daily paper work either in recording or filling.
  • Manage and assist in administrative functions or task in the office.
  • To perform other administrative function or ad hoc task when required.
  • Assist in office management and organization procedures.
  • Daily pre-picking & picking summary printing and checking.
  • Daily item picking summary submission to warehouse for item picking.
  • CDO advance sales checking & confirmation.
  • Perform picking & shipping maintenance function in Proft System.
  • Calling customer to confirm the time zone delivery.
