Internal & external correspondence - email, letter and call
Handling documentation and filing
Generate job tickets raised by end users
Monitor submission of overtime form from respective section
Issuing of pagers
Job requirements:
Minimum SPM qualification;
Able to speak & write in English and Bahasa Malaysia;
Proficient in MS Office Applications.
Preferable with 1 year administrative working experience
