Minimum diploma in related field
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Microsoft word & Microsoft excel)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What you'll be doing
Clerical/Admin
Perform a variety of administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and general office duties
Create cash bill in workshop system.
Update daily sales and daily transaction in accounting system.
Ensure amount of petty cash on hand and system tally.
Assist with the processing and maintenance of records, documents, and reports
Process payroll for all employee (monthly)
Submit KWSP & Socso (monthly)
Account reconcile.
Any other task assigned by management.
Marketing (During working hour only)
Answer phone calls and reply whatsapp in a polite and professional manner.
Manage social media postings (facebook, tiktok & whatsapp status)

Admin/Pengkeranian
Melaksanakan tugas-tugas pengkeranian seperti filling dan data entry.
Create cash bill pelanggan di dalam sistem worksop
Update sales harian dan transaksi harian di dalam sistem perakaunan
Update petty cash dan pastikan amaun di tangan dan di dalam sistem perakaunan adalah sama
Membuat kiraan gaji dan submit socso dan KWSP.
Reconcile akaun.
Melaksanakan tugas-tugas tambahan lain berkenaan pengkeranian apabila diperlukan.
Marketing
Mengambil gambar servis yang dijalankan oleh mekanik.
Menjawab panggilan telefon dan whatapp secara bersopan dan profesional.
Posting poster dan video di media sosial syarikat .
