Responsibilities:-
  • Handle daily operations task.
  • Handle walk in customer\xe2\x80\x99s enquiries.
  • Manage sales orders and collections.
  • Answer the phone to take messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues
  • Utilize office appliances such as photocopier, printers etc. and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation etc.
  • Undertake basic bookkeeping tasks and issue invoices, quotation, checks etc.
  • Assist in office management and organization procedures
  • Monitor stocks of office supplies (paper clips, stationery etc.) and report when there are shortages
  • Perform other office duties as assigned
Requirements:-
  • At least 1 years of experience in related field.
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/Diploma.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Hardworking, assertive and meticulous with positive attitude
  • Able to start work immediately would be added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
