Job Responsibilities:-
Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing and database systems.
Compile, copy, sort and file records of office activities, business transactions and other activities.
Sort, distribute incoming mail and outgoing mail.
Answer phone calls, to take messages or redirecting calls to appropriate colleagues.
Issue invoices and follow up outstanding payments.
Undertake any ad hoc assignment task given by the Manager and the management.
Job Requirements:-
Candidate must possess at least SPM/SPTM/Diploma.
At least 1-2 years working experience in the related field. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
Familiar with Microsoft Word & Excel.
Good communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
Candidate fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
