:
Maintain records and filing systems, both electronic and paper.
Ensure all documents are accurately filed and easily retrievable.
Answer telephone calls and take accurate messages.
Enter data into databases, spreadsheets, and other software programs.
Process incoming and outgoing mail.
Assist in the preparation of reports, documents, and presentations.
Assist in the management of office supplies and inventory.
Assist with other administrative duties as needed.
Ensure proper maintain of records, documentations and filing in a timely manner
Provides administrative support to ensure an efficient office operation.
Communicate with internal department on matters related to administrative and production activities.
Perform administrative tasks and operational functions.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirement:-
SPM, diploma or equivalent.
Work experience as Purchasing will be an added advantage.
Required language(s): English & Bahasa Melayu (Candidate can speak Mandarin language is advantage).
Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office.
Able to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Hardworking with good work ethics.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Detail oriented and accurate with data entry.
