  • SPM/Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualifications in any relevant fields.
  • 3 - 5 years experience
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Good communication skills with co-workers
  • Computer literate and numerate.
  • Exemplary analytic problem - solving and shooting
  • Confidence to thrive under pressure
  • Basic Account Knowledge
  • Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft office.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Attention to details.
Responsibilities
  • Recording, preparing, sorting classifying and filing information.
  • Opening and send email
  • Receiving letters and telephone calls/message
  • Recording issues of equipment to staff
  • Communicate with client and employees, and respond to any queries or complaint.
  • Maintain filling, database systems, and inventories.
