What you\'ll do:
As a General Counsel, Legal (SVP), you will be at the forefront of the organisation\'s legal operations. You will provide strategic advice to senior management, ensuring that all corporate activities align with relevant laws and regulations. Your role will involve managing and supervising external counsel, and developing effective compliance programmes. Furthermore, you will negotiate, draft, and review complex commercial contracts while leading our dedicated legal team in supporting all business units.

• Provide strategic legal advice and guidance to the senior management team
• Oversee all corporate legal processes and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Develop and implement effective legal compliance programmes
• Negotiate, draft, and review complex commercial contracts (both domestic and international)
• Lead the legal team in providing comprehensive support to all business units
