General/ Facility Management Worker
Job Description
Qualifications: Basic monthly salary + OT along with EPF, SOCSO and EIS will be provided.
*End of Contract (EOC) Bonus will be given to qualified individuals. Qualifications: 1. Age 18-40 years.
2. SPM, SKM or Diploma holders.
3. Possess a valid driver\'s license.
4. Proficient in reading, writing and arithmetic.
5. Excellent communication skills in both Malay/English.
6. Capable of attentively following supervisor\'s directives.
7. Demonstrates prior experience and basic skills in painting, cleaning, plumbing, electrical work, lawn maintenance, concrete tasks, and other related areas. Advantage will be given to candidates who have: 1. CIDB card
2. Working At Height (WAH)
3. Wireman G2 *It is best to have your own vehicle/transportation to work. The company reserves thee right to offer fuel allowance at its discretion.
**Preference will be given to male candidates due to thee nature of the physical tasks involved. Job Type: Contract Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
