Supervise and coordinate the work of foremen and their teams on-site.
Plan, organize, and monitor daily site activities to ensure timely progress.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Inspect work completed by foremen and workers to maintain high-quality output.
Collaborate with Supervisor, project managers and engineers to schedule work and allocate resources.
Identify and resolve on-site issues, delays, and conflicts promptly.
Maintain accurate records of daily activities, manpower, and materials usage.
Ensure proper site housekeeping and equipment maintenance.
