Isn't that beautiful?Reporting to: GL Team LeadDescription of Duties:Operations:xc2xb7 Respond to and solve enquiries from Country Finance Manager.xc2xb7 Work with Local Finance team to understand local activities, prepare trial balance and investigate trial balance account fluctuations.xc2xb7 Prepare and ensure adequate supporting documentation of journal entries for the financial closing in accordance to Group Accounting policies.xc2xb7 Handle fixed assets creation/disposal, General Ledger, Reconciliation, Balance Sheet, P&L Account in SAP system and perform monthly depreciation run.xc2xb7 Preparation and review of monthly financial reports: P&L, Balance Sheet, cash flow movements, management report, tax report and inventory reconciliation.xc2xb7 Prepare for bank reconciliation, Interco reconciliation and follow up on the unreconciled items.xc2xb7 Ensure adherence to strict month end and year end deadlines.xc2xb7 Undertake any accounting & reporting requirements and ad-hoc duties or projects as requested.Compliance:xc2xb7 Support internal audits by working closely with Local Finance team.xc2xb7 Ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (IFRS) and company procedures to ensure integrity of financial information.xc2xb7 Ensure adequate follow up on issues identified during external and internal audit.Continuous Improvement:xc2xb7 Identify and articulate improvement areas across processes.xc2xb7 Involve in process implementation, automation, and standardization of R2R activities.Transition:xc2xb7 Active participation in the transition of Country GL processes into shared services team including work shadowing and Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) documentation preparations.xc2xb7 Active contribution to ensure operation readiness by Go-Live date.Requirements:What we're Looking for..You are our dream come true if youxe2x80xa6

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• 3-5 years working experience in Finance - general accounting is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Q Sentral.
• Proficient in using SAP system is a must
• Experience in a shared services environment will be advantageous
• Proficient in English Language, both written and spoken
• Proficient in using MS office tools
• Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and work as a team player.
