About Our Client

• Provide General Ledger transaction processing support and ensuring delivery quality in terms of accuracy, completeness and timeliness on a daily basis
• Perform Balance sheet reconciliation
• Execute month end close steps, quarter & year end close activities in accordance with work instructions and month end closing checklist
• Co-ordinate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities with Local Services and other Financial Services functional teams to ensure timely and accurate closure of accounts across Asia Pacific region
• Execute Internal Control System according to the guideline and ensure the Internal Control System documentation is in place
• Liaise with Local Services & other Financial Services functional teams on General Ledger related issues
• Ensure all work instructions and standard operating procedures are updated
• Supporting Local Services for internal and external audit request
• Ensure queries are attended to and resolved in a timely, responsible and proactive manner
• Establish and maintain strong working relationship with Local Services &other Financial Services functional teams
• Support in the implementation of project initiatives rollout by Global team

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited college or university in Accounting.
• Must have at least 2-4 years of relevant experiences post degree.
• Audit experience (preferred) and/or commercial background, Share Service Centers (SSC).
• Experience with ERP system such as SAP.
• Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, (in English)
• Analytical and strong attention to details.
• Excellent follow-up skills and meet all deadlines.
• Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
