Job Description

Central Functions support the board as well as the business in achieving its strategic objectives. These are, for example, Information Technology, Human Resources, Logistics, Compliance, Finance and many more.
Responsible for monthly closing activities for Business Groups Analyze financial information and prepare financial statements. Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close. Closing & reporting of Fixed Assets Preparation & posting of journal entries for Business Groups Prepare balance sheet reconciliation reports example, bank and payroll. Ensure compliance with IFRS accounting, audit requirements and control procedures. Coordinate & support the quarterly and statutory financial audit. Support root cause analysis of performance issues and support resolution via collaboration with internal customers. Drive continuous process improvements.

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. Knowledge of SAP system is an added advantage. * Possess good analytical skills, interpersonal skills, independent and self-initiative.
