Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with healthcare standards. Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and quality improvement initiatives. Monitor patient flow, appointment systems, and service delivery to ensure excellent patient care. Ensure compliance with regulatory, licensing, and accreditation requirements. Monitor billing, claims, and collection processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Lead, mentor, and supervise clinic staff including doctors, nurses, and administrative personnel. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Resolve staff issues, conflicts, and grievances fairly and effectively. Ensure high standards of patient satisfaction and customer service. Handle patient feedback, complaints, and service recovery promptly. Implement initiatives to enhance patient experience and loyalty. Collaborate with management to plan and execute business strategies. Explore opportunities for new services, partnerships, and community engagement. Monitor industry trends and competitors to maintain competitive advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
