Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all aspects of company operations, including Production, R&D, Quality, and Sales. Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve company objectives. Ensure full compliance with

GMP, Halal

, and

NPRA

requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners. Monitor financial performance, budgets, and key operational indicators. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and cost efficiency. Provide leadership and guidance to department heads to foster teamwork and accountability. Represent the company in key business and regulatory discussions.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in

Business Administration, Engineering, Cosmetic Science, or related field.

Minimum

10-15 years of experience

in

cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or FMCG manufacturing

, including senior management roles. Strong knowledge of

GMP, Halal, and NPRA

compliance. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strategic thinker with a hands-on management approach.
