You will be reporting to the Group CEO and your key responsibilities includes:

• Lead the Hardwood Flooring division by crafting and executing strategic growth plans that align with overall business objectives.
• Oversee all aspects of operations, including production, quality assurance, supply chain, and logistics, to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Drive sales and revenue growth by developing and implementing robust sales and marketing strategies, increasing market share, and fostering strong client relationships.
• Manage financial performance through effective budgeting, forecasting, and cost management, ensuring adherence to financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Create a high-performance work culture by leading, motivating, and developing a skilled team, promoting teamwork, and encouraging continuous employee development.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation, process enhancements, and business expansion.

MNC company|High leadership position

• Extensive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, with a proven track record of meeting business targets. Experience in the hardwood flooring industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Comprehensive understanding of hardwood flooring manufacturing processes, including raw material procurement, production techniques, and quality control.
• Strong financial management skills, with the ability to analyze financial data, make strategic decisions, and drive profitability.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and nurture high-performing teams through effective coaching, mentoring, and delegation.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt to changing business conditions.
• A bachelor\'s degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant industry experience.
